What if something is damaged during shipping?
A:
We will be happy to proptly replace andy damaged merchandise that has occured during shipping. Simply call or email us regarding the concern and we will make arrangements with you.

How much is shipping?

We have a flat rate of $5.00 shipping per order. If your purchase is over $50.00 your shipping is FREE!

Do I have to commit to your Monthly Kits?
A:
No not at all. You may choose to purchase any monthly kits you choose. There is a three month prepayment option for your convenience and a savings on shipping and a Free Gift!

Q: When will my kit be shipped?
When will my kit be shipped?
A:
Your kit will ship by the 5th of each month. If the 5th falls on a Holiday or Weekend it will ship the next business day.
Q: Skipping Months in Kit Prepayments
What happends if I would like to skip a month?
A:
We strive to offer a variety of new items in our kits, but we realize we cannot please everyone all of the time. If you have the three month prepayment option you may choose to skip one month during that time period. If you wish to do this, just email us one week prior to the scheduled shipment and we will adjust your shipment timeframe.

Do we get to preview kits before they ship?

Yes! We will make every effort to post the following months kit by the 20th of the month.

How do I add on to my kit order?
A:
If you have chosen the prepayment option and would like to have other items shipped to you with your kit. Please note that in the message section of checkout or email me. I will be happy to add on to your order.
